@mkerkado, the Simplisafe watermark is designed to be permanent of several reasons, including date and time, so it can be used as evidence if required, also confirming the feed is legit for the monitoring company.  No one except the monitoring company (if you opt in), you and the police with a court order.  Other than that, even SS associates cannot access the videos. Yes, there is also the possibility someone could also access it if the servers are hacked, or your access is compromised.  Not something that keeps me awake at night.

Finally, I am sure there is some software out there with a hack that could possibly remove it, but for all intensive purposes, your answer is no.

Your post is correct as always.

I believe the OP wants to remove the SS logo on the camera body.

I suppose it could be covered, painted over, or even sanded off.

Ooops, my apologies to you and mkerkado for missing the intent of the post.

The SS name seems to be stencil painted onto the doorbell body.

You can feel the lettering, but I don't believe it's molded in the plastic, just thick paint.
