Smartlock Doesn't Open Fully

I installed the lock as per the instructions. It locks just fine but the deadbolt does not open enough to open the door. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi MrVaudeville!

Sounds like what happened is that the Smart Lock wasn't able to correctly determine the unlocked position. Maybe the deadbolt got caught during the calibration process?(which happens sometimes if the allowances are a bit tight)

You can try Re-Calibrating the Smart Lock through the Keypad Menu. Select Devices, then your Smart Lock, and "Re-Calibrate" should be an option there.
