Smart lock/sensor
I have two questions. Since I did the Smart lock software update about a week ago I have noticed that it will not unlock when I turn the alarm off in the morning. It locks when I put the system in "home" mode at bedtime but in the morning it will not open on its own. I have deleted and re-installed the lock twice and still no change. Secondly I am unable to sync/pair the sensor that is on the door that has the Smart Lock.

You can change when the lock unlocks and locks in the settings. I use the app. Ours unlocks only when the alarm is turned off from Away. When we turn it off from Home, it doesn’t unlock. Never know when we’ll be actually leaving and we’d rather have it locked. Can’t speak to the sensor paring. The sensor we have on the door out Smart Lock is on was paired prior to our receiving the Smart Lock and there was no problem pairing it. If fact, we’ve never had a problem pairing any of our devices other than the outside camera.
