Every once in a while when I unlock my from door smart lock the back door smart lock unlocks also. Is this common or do I need to change a setting?

Hi @SgtPaul ,
When one Smart Lock is unlocked all of your other Smart Locks on your system will unlock as well. However, you can bypass this by setting your back door's Smart Lock to "do nothing" when your system is disarmed in Off Mode. This can be changed using the SimpliSafe mobile app by navigating to Menu > My System > Device Settings > select your back door Smart Lock > Off Mode > Do Nothing.
