Smart Lock

I installed two smart locks on my house. The one on the front door when I lock it from the app it cannot be unlocked manually but must be unlocked on the app. The second one I installed on the door from my garage to the house, but wither I lock it from the app or manually it can be unlocked manually. I want the garage lock to act like the front door lock so that I can keep my tenants out of the garage. Any suggestions.
