mount piece for lock missing
the metal mounting piece for my lock must have gotten lost when i was moving. is there any way to get another one without ordering a new lock?

You can just contact our Support team via phone or Live Chat. We can send a replacement for just the mounting bracket!

Asked for replacement mounts. Took 30 min with a rep just to say would not send new ones. He offered a one time 50% discount for new locks, I asked him to hold a sec while I discussed with my wife. He hung up on me after 1 minute of waiting. Done with this company.
