Why has scheduled motion alerts for cameras still not been added!?

No commercial building wants camera alerts for motion during business hours and yet after a year of asking and a dozen volunteers a relatively simply addition has still not been added. 

It’s bad enough to me that the cameras feel clearly inferior to competitors still but the fact that basic scheduled motion alert options or at the very least tying that feature into the ARMED system status is now bordering on deliberate. 

I’ve got three properties using SS and because of that I should also be using all the cameras as well for less subscriptions and convenience but the refusal to add basic necessary additions makes me wonder if should’ve followed my alarm to my camera maker.
