Potential customer - where is cyber security info?

Hi,

I am a potential customer, the product looks pretty good with a few faults which I personally don't have any constraints against at this time.

However, I can see zero information on the website about the cyber security policy, just saying that the system is high-quality is not enough to sway me. 

How do I know that this system can't be easily hacked and therefore everything on my WiFi network?

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
