Bulk Delete Videos

Bulk delete videos would be great!

Hello everyone in the SimpliSafe community. I just did a 12-15 minute system update, and suprise, surprise no update for bulk video delete. Come on software engineers, your customers pay monthly subscriptions for monitoring service, well how about some real customer support by giving us what many are asking for, BULK VIDEO DELETE function Ring doorbell does it, Blink cameras does it why not SimpliSafe?

Have a question for community, but more for for Simplisafe support.

Just had a situation. A delivery from amazon was brought to my back porch as requested.

The system was armed in Home mode.

I have an outdoor camera watching back door.

The camera recorded the delivery person moving in my backyard in the dark about 7:00am, but did not set off an alarm.

Is this how it should work or (more to my thinking something did not work)?

Is that how it works in both home and away modes when alarm is set to on?

Is there a feature to select all videos and delete ?

Here we are 3-4 months later and still no BULH DELETE feature! Come on SimpliSafe get with the real world!

SimpliSafe needs to add a Bulk Delete for videos from the doorbell and cameras.  And now even the individual delete isn't working right on my SimpliSafe App.  Before if I went into my Timeline, I could click on a video and delete it manually.  But now, the app lets me go through all the steps but the video doesn't delete. It's thoroughly frustrating that something which should be so simple, is a nightmare and your programmers aren't even trying to give users the ability to bulk delete.  Please get this weak link in your system fixed.

I agree bulk deletion is a must.

Please create a bulk ‘delete video’ function. Many of the users here have asked for it. We have other things to do than watch doorbell videos of leaves blowing all day and individually delete each video.

I love my new Simplisafe Door Bell camera!   Works like a charm.  With the settings it can be configured to capture just the movement I want.  Even with these setting, many videos are just clutter (e.g. the mailman every day, me fetching the daily newspaper).  But a trigger by FedEx delivering a package is priceless.   

However, while I can Delete extraneous videos one at a time, I find myself longing for a "Delete All"  choice when reviewing videos.  That would be a nice additional feature. (And Save Simplisafe tons of data storage needs.)

Otherwise a great device and product. 

I agree. A "Delete All" option to remove videos would be an efficient option.

Finding the one important video in a long list of unimportant ones would be much easier if e could delete the ones we don’t want in bulk. 

Is there any way to delete videos in bulk instead of having to delete each video one by one?

Need video bulk delete feature. My other cameras have had it. Didn't even think to check on that before ordering. In my package, I had two CR123 batteries and on 2032 battery that showed low the day after installation.  I went ahead and replaced them, but this and the bulk video delete is simple stuff to figure out for customer satisfaction.

It would be great if you could delete either all or multiple videos at once. This way of deleting one at a time is awful!
