Bulk Delete Videos

Bulk delete videos would be great!

Hello everyone in the SimpliSafe community. I just did a 12-15 minute system update, and suprise, surprise no update for bulk video delete. Come on software engineers, your customers pay monthly subscriptions for monitoring service, well how about some real customer support by giving us what many are asking for, BULK VIDEO DELETE function Ring doorbell does it, Blink cameras does it why not SimpliSafe?

Have a question for community, but more for for Simplisafe support.

Just had a situation. A delivery from amazon was brought to my back porch as requested.

The system was armed in Home mode.

I have an outdoor camera watching back door.

The camera recorded the delivery person moving in my backyard in the dark about 7:00am, but did not set off an alarm.

Is this how it should work or (more to my thinking something did not work)?

Is that how it works in both home and away modes when alarm is set to on?

Is there a feature to select all videos and delete ?

Here we are 3-4 months later and still no BULH DELETE feature! Come on SimpliSafe get with the real world!

SimpliSafe needs to add a Bulk Delete for videos from the doorbell and cameras.  And now even the individual delete isn't working right on my SimpliSafe App.  Before if I went into my Timeline, I could click on a video and delete it manually.  But now, the app lets me go through all the steps but the video doesn't delete. It's thoroughly frustrating that something which should be so simple, is a nightmare and your programmers aren't even trying to give users the ability to bulk delete.  Please get this weak link in your system fixed.

I agree bulk deletion is a must.

Please create a bulk ‘delete video’ function. Many of the users here have asked for it. We have other things to do than watch doorbell videos of leaves blowing all day and individually delete each video.
