Alarm Permits

I'm setting up SimpliSafe for the first time.  When I click on the "Alarm Permit Requirements" off my Monitoring webpage (https://webapp.simplisafe.com/#/monitoring), it takes me to an empty webpage.  I'm using Firefox browser.  Is this a browser issue?  Or do I need to call up my local police department to find out what an alarm permit is?  Thanks!

@jkfoster713 I just downloaded mine in Edge to try it. Worked fine. I would just try another browser. Use it to get an insurance discount, especially for water sensors. As far as your local laws, I would walk into the local police station (and fire station if applicable) and ask. They will know best.

The general advice that I would give to everyone is to first double-check that you've entered the correct ZIP code in the Monitoring section of our online account.That's how our system determines which permit info to give you.

But I had a look at the link we have for your location and it does seem to be broken. I've sent an email to the address we have for your account with a fixed link.
