Looks like it only works on windows pc's, not macs. True? I have the original SimpliSafe. Thanks.

@mberg SS1 and 2 software does work with MACs but it definitely doesn't look easy and often requires SS support intervention.

If I remember, reps here had said they would send you a download to help with Macs - call SS and ask them about it.
