Keypad not working

I have been using SimpliSafe for more than 5 years now, and upgrade our system with all the new devices about a year ago. We have two key pads and one of thirds not working. No display, the screen is blank, none of the buttons working. Not sure if there is any battery to be replaced in the keypad. The keypad we have is black screen and white body. Please advise.

Does your keypad have a plug that goes into a wall socket?  It probably has batteries that died after a year of use. I mean, that would be my best guess anyways.  Take the back cover off the keypad and you'll find them.

Could you give us more details about what you're seeing with your Keypad? Is it completely unresponsive, even after replacing the batteries?

Or are you still seeing an error message, like "Keypad Out of Range"?

We might want to replace that Keypad entirely. Our Support team can help with that.
