@snoopyone To remove the Glassbreak Sensor's battery cover, you will need to slide it up and off its bracket. We also have a video showing how to do this in our Help Center, here.
Video is useless. How about showing HOW to open the case to change the battery? Mine is not mounted on the wall, but sits on a shelf. I cannot open it, and the video shows nothing useful.
@WhoKnows I routinely use a rubber glass jar opener for sliding entry, glass break etc sensors open. They are often given away at home improvement shows or you can buy a package of several for a few dollars at DollarTree, Amazon or your local supermarket. Works great and makes it easy to get the cover off.
