Still Being Charged After Canceling

I called and sat on the phone for 50+ minutes with customer support to cancel my account after they charged me for 2 years for cameras I no longer owned and has already canceled. I called 12/5/2023 and they told me it was canceled. I still got charged on January 6th. This is theft and illegal, how can you still charge after I already canceled. I want a refund.
