Hi @CharlesN, 

I might need a little more information here. Are you trying to enable push notifications for your Video Doorbell Pro? This can be done in the SimpliSafe mobile app by going to My System > Camera Settings > select [your Video Doorbell Pro] > Motion Detection > toggle Motion Events and Motion Notifications on. You can also learn more about the different settings and customizations you can enable for your Video Doorbell Pro in the guided flow in this Help Center article.

If that is not the help you needed, please let me know and I can assist you further.

I only want the push notifications to come when the system is armed (home/away), when the system is off, every time someone walks though my door for example letting the dogs out, I get the push notification from the camera that motion was detected.

Unfortunately, as far as I can tell it is an all or nothing notification.

I hope there is a solution otherwise I am going to have turn off notifications all together which defeats the purpose.

@CharlesN​ Yes, unfortunately you will always be notified whenever the Video Doorbell Pro detects motion. There is no setting to turn notifications off when the system is in Off Mode.

We do have the Snooze Notifications feature where you can temporarily pause receiving notifications from your camera for a set amount of time, though. For more information on this feature, and how to enable it, check out this Help Center article.
