Hi @joseph_mcinerney ,

You're looking for the Monitoring Certificate, which can be found on your online account. Once you've activated Monitoring Service (either the $17.99 Standard or the $27.99 Interactive Plan), you can navigate by logging in:

  1. Head over to simplisafe.com/login
  2. Navigate to Menu > Monitoring
  3. Look on the top right of the page for the download button for the Monitoring Certificate.

@joseph_mcinerney you would have to either print it out to mail, or email them a copy of that PDF.

@jimkobylecky once you get to the Monitoring page (step 2 in my instructions above), the [Download Certificate] button should just be on the top right. It should look like this:

Of course, that is assuming that you have Monitoring Service already activated. If not, the Monitoring section won't appear for you at all.

They don't tell you to go here: https://webapp.simplisafe.com/#/monitoring

@james_4678af If you reach out to our UK Support team, they will be able to send your monitoring certificate to you.
