Hi @joseph_mcinerney ,

You're looking for the Monitoring Certificate, which can be found on your online account. Once you've activated Monitoring Service (either the $19.99 Standard or the $29.99 Interactive Plan), you can navigate by logging in:

  1. Head over to webapp.simplisafe.com
  2. Navigate to Menu > Monitoring
  3. Look on the top right of the page for the download button for the Monitoring Certificate.

Trying to get a Monitoring Certificate for my home insurance. Tried to follow instructions. BUT

can not find button to print the certificate.

NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

@jimkobylecky​ once you get to the Monitoring page (step 2 in my instructions above), the [Download Certificate] button should just be on the top right. It should look like this:

Of course, that is assuming that you have Monitoring Service already activated. If not, the Monitoring section won't appear for you at all.

to.  No box with "download certificate" appears.

It wants me to sign up.  I am already signed up,

@memstnmll09​ When you click on the Monitoring tab in the web app, you do not see this icon on the top right corner of the page?

In that case, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team and they will be able to help download your certificate.
