SS3, how to verify cellular?

I don't see an option in the keypad or online to verify if cell is up and running.  I ran a test and cut the internet and was not able to refresh the devices status on the online control panel when wifi was offline.  How do I check this?

radiojoe, by "status", I mean is the darned cellular on or not, lol - but, I did just check and sure enough, you're right, the SSRI (strength) is indeed visible, but true "status" is "disconnected", because wifi is being used primarily.  I really hate that the last update took the status away from seeing cellular (before the update, it used to say "ready" or "available" I think),  but I guess if one can see the SSRI changing, maybe that's enough.   It's just my semi-paranoia if cellular is going to pick up when wifi goes out :)

Happy holidays, and a great new year to you too!

^  yes, for the most part, it's always been that way (showing the cellular system status, strength, name, etc) - what we're saying is that before the second-to-last firmware update, the CELL section always stated for "status", that it was "ready", or, "available", whether it was connected to wifi or not.  After the firmware update, the CELL section for "status" will now show "disconnected", when the system is using wifi connection.  So, only if wifi is down or out, will the CELL section for "status" show "connected".  At the time of the update, it concerned a lot of people because it implied cellular may not have been working correctly.  Took some time before SS finally told us it was a change from the firmware update.
