Lee from SimpliSafe,
Thank you so very much for this information. Where, on the SimpliSafe website, and in published literature, can I go to get this list of Bast Station light cues? The Setup Guide accompanying my new system does not provide this information, there is no Users Manual (what opens is the Setup Guide NOT Users Manual) that I have been able to locate and no information on the SimpliSafe to indicate what the colors of the Base Station indicated. This is VERY important information for SimpliSafe Users to have at their disposal, so we can know what is actually happening with our systems.
Thank you,
Joe W.
When it comes to the Base Station's light cues, all of them are accompanied by warnings on the Keypad. So you can check the Keypad's main screen or the ‚ö†Warning notification on the right for more information.
^ If your system is in OFF mode, there won't be a light on the base station. To check the base station light, arm your system to Home mode, watch for the light on the base station, it should be lit. Then disarm the system, it should then be in OFF mode and no light on the base station - this is normal.
If there is no light on the base station in Home mode, double-check your settings to make sure you didn't inadvertently choose to disable the base station light.
