No Link to Dispatch, reset and moving the Base Station does not work

@davey_d​ no that does not work. My base station is 3 foot away from my router and still continues to do this. And I have done the resetting the base station process multiple times. This system is constant issues. Would not recommend as it is a complete waste of money.

Hi @viccigraham ,

Thanks for letting us know. From what I understand, your Base Station is very close to your WiFi router, and it's still not able to connect to the service.

The first thing I'd check is if the system is actually set up to connect through WiFi. You can look through the Keypad:

  1. Press the Menu button
  2. Type in your PIN
  3. Navigate through the menu to System Settings > WiFi

If you don't see the name of your WiFI network listed, that means it still needs to be set up, or has been deleted. But you can go through that menu to enter the info again and get your system connected.
