Keyboard not working

Went to do the software update but keyboard is dead. I replaced a  the batteries but no change. There is no response when buttons are pressed and nothing lights up. Is there a way to check or reboot the keyboard?

Hi @winkyinc, 

I would try power cycling the Keypad. To do this, remove all four batteries from the Keypad and wait at least 30 seconds to allow it to fully power off. After the 30 seconds are up, you can reinsert the batteries back into the Keypad and it should respond as normal.
