Instant Trigger During Entry Delay

Does anyone know what will happen is an instant trigger is tripped while the system is doing the entry delay countdown?

For example, I open the front door but did not disarm the system yet.  At the same time, someone kicks in the back door while the system is doing the entry delay countdown.

Will the instant trigger override the entry delay and send an alarm signal to dispatch?
