Can’t register a used gen3 base
I bought a used gen3 Base and am trying to set up, but it states the base is already registered and won’t let me go any farther in setting up the system. I do not want monitoring, this is just for 1 door in an apt as a chime.
any ideas? I tried resetting but still will not let me go forward

@mikepekock Call SS support tomorrow, provide the serial number of the base and they will have to register it to you. Get ready to provide information to register it to you, note you will not have to have a monitoring plan and pay something.

Well I called customer support as@captain11 suggested and they said it's linked to an account and can't help me. This is so frustrating
