Base not working after 4G module install
I have just competed the install of the new 4G card and my base station has a solid white light ring. The keypads all say that they're out of range, so makes me think that the system isn't working correctly. I have Wifi as well and did the system and keypad updates prior to installing the card. Is my base now dead? I did try to remove the batteries, but that didn't change the situation.

I should say that there's a white ring when plugged into power. Red flashing when not plugged in.

Hi @jmarchiando ,
The solid white ring means that your Base Station somehow got reset back into Setup Mode. I replied to one of your comments as well, but I strongly recommend giving us a call at 800-548-9508 so we can send a replacement.
