@shiherlis oh wow, sorry, I forgot that was a thing. Yes, by default, you automatically "Follow" any post that you participate in. "Unfollowing" should stop the notifications.
It might also be a good time to call out the Notifications tab, which you can find on your profile: Click your avatar/initials at the top right > Profile Settings > Notifications & Preferences. Here you can decide between each type of activity, whether you receive notifications by email, on the forum bell icon, or neither.

I chose to "Unfollow." I hope that resolves the notifications.
