Great Job Simplisafe Support!! Happy 4th!

Just called in to test hold times, chose option 3 for base and keypad assistance. After the brief SS message, heard one ring and agent picked up, said good afternoon and who did he have the pleasure to speak with...wow.  Told him I was just testing hold times, thanked him for picking up so quickly and his cordial approach and wished him and his family a happy 4th. He laughed and said "same to you and thank you for calling Simplisafe".

A very nice, and positive surprise.  To all SS associates, customers and their families, a safe and happy 4th of July weekend.
