Trouble with cancellation

hands down the most horrible service --

I had to call them, answer a bunch of questions, and even then, they didn’t actually cancel it. They kept charging me for six months!

When I called again to sort it out, they finally canceled it but refused to give me my money back, claiming they had no record of my first call.

stay away unless you're prepared to stick with them!

their service is really bad, definitely stay away - so tough to cancel, poor customer support, and they don't keep good records.

SimpliSafe does a decent job with their security product, but their service really lets them down.

Canceling the service was a headache – I had to call them, answer a bunch of questions, and even then, they didn’t actually cancel it. They kept charging me for six months!

It's pretty ridiculous that a tech company in this day and age only lets you cancel over the phone and then doesn’t even keep track of those calls properly. Also, their customer service folks weren’t much help and weren’t friendly either.

I totally agree with you!! I cancelled paid service in July only to have it start back up again with the charges in August. Tried to get it refunded today they refused and even said unless I was on the line they could not cancel it- then put me on hold! Screw that. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY!! Shequita (sp) was all about talking in circles and acting like she was doing me a favor because she is a "fivestar service professional"..  Must be graded on a steep curve!

Horrible company.  I purchased this system back in 2021. I connected the base station, but never connected any of my devices and they started charging me.  I have charged since Jan of 2022 with no devices connected.  There is  nothing for them to monitor and they will not credit my account.  I have paid over $700 for nothing.
