Old Posts Revisited

I understand that customers will need assistance with issues from past topics, but it has been overwhelming presently. The problem is the same message posted repeatedly under similar topics, pushing current questions that need answering too far down the list (or pages, I should say). As a result, recent questions are left unseen.

I am uncertain why we are seeing an influx of such activities (my best guess is new advertising which brings new customers), but what is the best way to decrease it without censorship? I have always called SimpliSafe as a last result. I first come to the forum, and it has been that way for nearly a decade. I can usually find my solution here, or another member will assist in resolution, but that does not work if they never see the post.

It is something to ponder moving forward.
