New Year, New Community, New Activities Please!!!
With the new community and 2022 upon us, hoping to see much more activity from SS to leverage its new online community platform! Get SS associates involved with SS customers!!! Online webinars on how to's, interactive discussions on what customer's would like to see, what may or may not be in product development. Introduce your senior management, take questions (and of course answer them :-), bring out the IT propeller heads, product managers, support agents etc from behind the wizard's curtain....celebrate everything Simplisafe.

I'll just say that thankfully, this year, SS isn't just getting a lump of coal in their stocking, much improved, thank you, SS! But, I agree with Captain, more overall interaction and another tech or two to help out Davey, he's been doing a stellar job!

Happy New Year to you too coltmaster 1 and your entire family. Agree with you, Davey does a great job but I do wonder who will watch the shop when he is busy, out for a well day off, sick etc. Once word gets out about the new community platform, customers get used to it and, more importantly, SS itself becomes more active, it will be great.
SS, how about a bit more exposure for your new community in advertising and on the social platforms?
