Video Doorbell stopped working immediately after installation

I charged the video doorbell so that I could determine correct location before I installed it to the wires. About 10 minutes in to the charging I added it to my system. I removed the doorbell from charger after about an hour. It went offline at that time and I have not been able to get any power to it no matter what I try. It's like the camera completely stopped working. I have tried to reset, plug back in...remover from profile and many other things. Still video doorbell is completely dead.
