Video doorbell doesn’t work with eero pro 6
I have tried setting up the video doorbell pro with my Eero Pro 6. When I’m inside the house it connects perfectly but the second I step outside the door it no longer connects to the internet. I’ve even tried moving the router right by the front door. I have used the tool SimpliSafe recommends, RouteThisHelps, to see signal strength and everything looks good. Says Very Good wireless test results. Any ideas what it could be? About to cancel SimpliSafe and get a Nest Doorbell…

Sorry about the trouble. So you're saying that when you test the connection from outside, you also get the same result? And have you tried connecting the Video Doorbell outside, but without securing it in place? I suspect that there might be something about the exact spot where the doorbell system is currently wired that's our problem here.
