Using Simplisafe without wifi
I have a home for sale and it does not have internet. I've had reports of people prowling around and would like some sort of security system. How well does Simplisafe work without wifi. What limitations does it have?

Without WiFi you cannot:
- Use SimpliSafe cameras
- Update your SimpliSafe system
- Use the mobile app
Additionally if you don't pay for monitoring AND you don't have WiFi then there's no way for the system to contact you to let you know if an alarm is triggered. You would have to be at the home within earshot of the base station when a sensor was triggered and hear the alarm to know something had happened.
Personally I think that makes the system completely useless for your specific circumstances unless you pay for monitoring but that's up to you to decide.
