Simplisafe indoor camera stuck in night mode
My indoor camera stays in night mode all of the time. I can manually turn off night mode but on auto it stays in night mode unless I shine a bright flashlight directly onto it.

Hi @Snekhaus ,
Since the camera seems to behave normal when you shine a flashlight on it, my first thought is that there just isn't enough light in the room, or at least in the spot where the camera is located. So the solution might just be to move it to a different place where more light can come in.
But it might also help to do a reset of the camera, by pressing the button at the top of the unit for 16 seconds. When you release, it should reboot back to factory settings, and you can set it up again through the SimpliSafe app.

I just started to experience this exact same problem, Light is not the issue and but resetting it seems to have it fixed for now
