Screw and washer on doorbell camera
Hello,
I’m in the process of installing the doorbell camera. My issue is the one screw that wraps around the wire fell off. I loosened it too much. I can’t get the washer off the screw so I can put it under the lip of the mounting bracket. Does the washer come off? If not, how can I rectify the situation? I googled the issue with no results. I called the help line and was told to watch a video in the help section of the website. Again, no help. Has anyone had this issue and able to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated. FYI - holding with a pair of pliers didn’t work either.

Hi @MarybethC,
Just so I have this right, one of the terminal screws from the Video Doorbell's mounting bracket fell out? I would try to screw it back into the mounting bracket. The washer should stay on the terminal screw, as the doorbell's wires should be placed behind it.
