Outdoor camera will not install

I am trying to install my second outdoor camera. I just moved into a new apartment and both of them worked just fine at the old apartment. I already have one outdoor camera installed and it installed just fine. When I try to install the second outdoor camera with a fully charges battery, no light will not come on at all. It will make a sound when I close the front of the camera after I install the fully charged battery, but no light at all.

I have tried to reset the camera by holding down the button in the back until it chimed, but still nothing. Any ideas?
