Outdoor camera plugged in but the camera remains offline.
Hello. We have. the outdoor camera plugged in to "Keep your camera charged around-the-clock with the 25 ft power cable." as per the product page. The battery is dead because i need to borrow a ladder to remove and charge it, hence why we bought the extension cable.
What are we missing here? Why is the camera not working when plugged via power cable?

Hi @amt,
The Outdoor Camera should stay charged when connected to the Outdoor Camera Charging Cable. I see that you have already contacted our Support team and they are sending you a replacement camera. If this issue persists with the new camera, please let us know!
