No power to doorbell pro
I put my voltmeter on doorbell mount and I have 18v. Doorbell pro is fully charged and works while on the charger. When I put doorbell on the mount it doesn’t work, no light, nothing. I have manual doorbell chime

Thanks for checking in. There are a couple of issues that come to mind from your description.
First, are you sure that you have an analog/mechanical type of doorbell? This is the most common type in the US. Unfortunately, the Video Doorbell Pro is not compatible with the digital type, and even has trouble with multi-tone systems.
Second, you might need a Chime Connector, which helps by supplying the correct amount of power to the unit. Our Support team can send you one at no cost!
