doorbell issues


I installed the doorbell, replacing my mechanical chime doorbell. The camera works great - I can hear outside audio just fine. The doorbell makes a chime sound on the SimpliSafe bell outside when I press it.

my indoor bell is buzzing constantly
the indoor chimes are not ringing when I press the doorbell
my app is not alerting me that someone is ringing the bell
when I press the microphone and speak the person on the outside cannot hear me

any thoughts???

The first few issues can be resolved with a Chime Connector, which adjusts the voltage coming through to the Video Doorbell Pro from your wired system.

The last few sound like connectivity issues.
