Doorbell bad out of box?
I have two doorbell cameras - 1st installed fine and no issues - but the second will not work - as soon as I connect it to the base plate with or without being connected to the doorbell it goes blank!!
It will only work when connected to USB charging cable.
Tech Services will not pick up my calls - on hold for 20 min then disconnected.
