Disable camera recording unless alarm is triggered

Is there a way to disable camera recording every time I set system to "home" or "away"? I only want the camera to record when an alarm is triggered. Not a system change. I have been using SS for a few days now and there are many "timeline videos" of system armed, system disarmed. I don't need a recording of me setting my system to 'home' and then going upstairs for the night. Nor do I need a recording of me setting the system to 'away' and then leaving the house for the day. Then another video of me setting the system to 'home' when I arrive home from work and disarm the system. Privacy shutter is set to home=closed, away=open, off=closed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
