Can you retrieve videos that are over 30 days old?

Unfortunately no, if you did not download the videos to your device, those recordings are automatically removed from your account after 30 days.

But if you're asking with regard to a law enforcement or other type of official inquiry, you can contact our Support team, who can escalate your request to a specialist team who may be able to assist.
