Camera not visible in App (iOS)

I have SimpliSafe camera and doorbell. I get motion alerts, but can't view live through the app. I am able to view live using web browser. When I click on Camera in the app, it's giving a message Setup a camera. It doesn't list the cameras. It was working few weeks back.

I've had this issue since 24th March and I'm glad to report that today both my cameras have reappeared on my app. Thanks very much for working on the fix. I'm sure that for those still waiting their issues will be resolved soon.

Hi all,

@vpelmundo564, thanks for letting us know that the issue was fixed for you. Yesterday, we released update 2074.64.0 of the SimpliSafe app to the App Store. One of the notes in the changelog is Fixed occasional bug with camera screen not displaying. If you are still experiencing this issue, make sure that your app is updated to the latest version.

How do I download version 64.0
My keypad states my software is up to date, but I still show the 63.1 on my app.  I'm not very tech savy.  Thanks in advance.

Same issue for a week or so. Version 63.1 didn't get my live view back, but 64.0 finally worked and I now see my live view doorbell camera. So glad that I didn't have to reinstall the camera. To update the app, delete the version currently on your phone. Download the latest version from the App Store and sign in.

I’m having same issue. Works one time then no more. Have to reset up. Then all of a sudden I go to watch live feed and my camera has been completely deleted and have to reset up. Cameras at Walmart work better than this. Gonna get my money back and I suggest the same for you all
