Camera not responding

I keep getting alerts that my camera isn't responding. However, it records and turns on just fine every time I enter or choose to peak in from my phone

Almost the same, i just got the updates on all my outdoor cameras and now the app is going nuts and keep getting notifications from a camera but it doesnotsay what camera and nothing wants to show up.

I have 1.18 for couple days, reset one today to force update and it actually did update. All 5 updated.

I also had random detections and had to fiddle with settings and zones yesterday and today.

Now tonight, some cameras were detecting something, bugs or headlights but no videos downloaded.

Don't know its their cloud server or on my end. Suspect their cloud.

Was working for detection and video downloads today. Too dark to go out with the skunks. I'll check it tomorrow.

I did setup Fing network monitoring but that shouldn't do any but find stuff on my network.🤔

I can say my Wyze cameras are working normally. As you can see in the picture, nothing downloaded with the alerts up top. Doorbells went nuts this evening too. Offline, but back now for live view at least.

@dlpsr​ yea it's on there end and I have one camera that's going nuts but also it's not saying what camera on the time line and I am noticing all notifications are coming in very slow as we armed it on home mode 20 min ago and just now got the notifications lol. This is why I sometimes hate getting updates lol.

@lance843​ Yep, firmware fixes 5 things and breaks 10.

I wish I could sideload from GitHub or something, I'd roll back to a previous version., I think. SMH

@lance843​ I just saw it up top of the page myself. Just had a camera detection and the video actually came in. Maybe they're fixing it.

We are aware of an issue currently impacting video livestreaming and camera recordings as well as delayed motion notifications. Alarm monitoring and dispatch are not effected. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible".

@dlpsr​ looks like things are all fixed except I am constantly getting in my notifications about firmware on base station has been updated and I get at least 3 a day but I'm not getting any updates lol. These bugs are tricky to get out hahahaha

@lance843​ As we've discovered, not really. If the cameras weren't the bulk of the cost, I'd trash them and move on. My $20 cameras work 100% more consistently, and they have some bugs too. At least they're disposable at that cost.

No response from any admins yet, nor an email as to what was happening last evening?

It'd be nice to have a little transparency and an explanation as to what was happened.

Or if there was a response I certainly didn't see it of it buried in here or on the website.
