Updated app doesn't work

1/13/2020 - the new updated app does not work.  The "Off', "Home' and "Away' buttons are greyed out, couldn't disarm my system upon returning home!
HELP!

They are having issues with the new update, thats why i have not done an update yet but you can try to delete and reinstall but i have a feeling it wont work and how long it will take for them to fix it, well who knows

This is a long time for the app to not work.  Makes the doorbell completely useless.  Any idea when it will be fixed?

Is this on Android or iOS?  

App has been working fine on my iPhone 8+, iOS v.13.3.1, simplisafe app v.2074.11.0
