And why doesn't it change automatically anyway, emailed simplisafe, they say ring support, just tell me for Christ's sake

Hi @thenorfolkoracle,
You can change the timezone for your system by using the SimpliSafe web app. To do so, log into your account > Click on "Monitoring" > scroll to the bottom of the screen > select your proper Time Zone under "Time Zone" > Click save.
