problem using App

I temporarily canceled my Simple Safe paid monitoring service today  8/14/2020. Now I can not self-monitor my devices with the simple safe App. Please forward instructions on how  I can do the self-monitoring.

You must have the interactive monitoring plan to use the app for remote control/monitoring.

If you step down to the monitoring only plan you get a phone call.

If you cancel all monitoring you have only your ear to rely on hearing the alarm sound.
