I am trying to log in on my SimpliSafe app because it logged me out. It keeps giving me an error message and I cannot log back in. Can you help me please?

I am having the same problem. Have tried several different times on different days. Get an error message every time. What's going on SimpliSafe?

We did have a recent issue where users on IOS had been unable to log in. What error message are you seeing? And have you already updated to the latest version of the SimpliSafe app? A potential fix for this issue was added to one of the more recent versions.
@davey_d I call and got online chat help. Once I cleared my cookies, the app allowed me to login. Thanks!

I have no issues with the app on ios, but we are new subscribers and my wife downloaded the app (ios) but keeps getting an error message when using my log in to sign in?
Not sure what we need to try so she can use the app? She is listed on the account
