I can log on to my laptop and see all my devices. When I log on to the phone app I don't see anything. What do I need to do to setup the phone app to see my devices?
Our first thought is that you should make sure that you're logging into the same email address where your Monitoring Service is. If you're already logged in, you can check on the app or website by heading to the "View Account" section.

But are you having a similar issue to johnpyron? If you let us know what error messages you're getting, that can help point us to the right troubleshooting steps.
If you want to see your devices on the app, open the app....go to the top left hand corner where you see the three lines...touch the three lines...it opens a side panel...on the side panel touch settings....then touch device settings....you will then see all your devices.
