No login page or control panel

I don't know if anyone has had this problem, but I can't login to my account or see my dashboard. When I click on login, all I get is a blank web page.
This starting happening a couple of days ago. Other than that, everything's been fine except for a few mishaps with the alarm going off after pressing "Away" on my key fob and leaving the house. It turned out to be a low battery on a motion sensor (I think)!

I had the same problem.  I disabled ADBLOCKER , refresed the page and it works fine now.

I cannot login to you company.  It will not bring up the Control Panel

Make sure that you are logging in using the email address that you used to activate your base station.
If you haven't activated your base station yet, then you don't have a control panel.

If you have a camera installed, make sure it's not setup as a "second location", because the camera won't have a "control panel".

My iPhone app suddenly logged out and now I can not login via mobile or desktop.
I was having the same issue, they just released an update for the app. You have to update it and then you can log back in.

The only thing that comes up for me after logging in and clicking on my account is a blank screen.  However, i can go yo my account on my android phone and on my daughters I table.  Thought it was my computer but I guess it isn;t since othhers having similar problem.

Well after 2 weeks and hello tech I still can't log into app. My cameras were never hooked up and are on their way back. I have spent over 12 hours talking to people. And about 18 hours on hold. I can't even access my account online. I just want to b able to see if system is on. The fob works. That's about it. The sensors fall off the windows and doors. I am more than disappointed. I guess I will be installing ring devices instead. Extremely disappointed isn't even the word I would use. It got so bad they actually sent me an entire box and they didn't even know it. I called and was honest. I finally got an label to mail it back to them. Getting a return label took 2 weeks to get. I don't know what rocket scientist programmed our base station into the 2nd box that was not opened. Because it took me 2 hours for the tech support on phone on to listen to me with the serial numbers I actually had on the base. The base is very nice and is a pretty blue light. Not sure about the app or website. Because I can't get on. The keypad is very nice. It showed when I first put up a sensor that it's battery was low. Yep that quick. As soon as I pulled Tab off and had other sensors on. I received like 12 texts saying battery was low. Good stuff. But I really wish I could obtain the app or sign online. I attempted to sign online but that makes up download a not so nice toolbar which is hard to remove. It Does Not give you sign on. I am waiting currently ah hour for the control panel to come up on my laptop. Our internet is very good here. Hmmmmmm I do know that the ring doorbell I bought and installed is the ticket !!!!! It works unbelievable. !!!!!!!! App is incredible. Oh one other nice thing I can say about Simplisafe is they have a nice sign for you to put in your yard. Don't buy this !!!!!! Awful junky. Monitoring service answers quickly. But Simplisafe anyone is over 1-4 hours to get ahold of. Anyway. Not to mention I emailed DAVE for them to call. I am 3 weeks out still waiting. Go with ring!!!! Their products deliver. SimpliSafe. I am not feeling good about.

New customer.  Could log in now can't  calling me new device send email that never arrives.  Tried 3 laptops, phone,, chrome and internet explorer.   NADA.  Any suggestions  There is no it help--plain customer sirice folks that say same rote things that don't work

cx is not happy that the app is not working due to app update she would lkike to return after the 60 day if her app is not working
