Nest Thermostat 3rd Generation with the new Simplisafe 3rd Gen

Simplisafe,

I installed your 3rd generation Simplisafe system (newest system) and it is working great.  I recently purchased the new Nest Thermostat 3rd Generation and have it installed and working. I am unable to get the Nest linked to my Simplisafe account even though I go under SYSTEM --: Authorize Nest and then go to Nest website and allow. I am not seeing my Nest Thermostat appear nor do I see the information appear on my Simplisafe Dashboard.

HELP PLEASE!!

Call them, choose #1 for sales, you'll get someone quicker.  Ask for a tech manager.

I am also experiencing this issue with my SS3 system. I have not pursued it however.

When i authorized mine i had to wait a couple seconds when it went back to the simplisafe screen for a drop down menu to appear.  Then it let me select the thermostat.

I just went back in and tried to re-authorize my Nest account.

It still doesn't seem to be doing anything. I click the Authorize button, get redirected to the Nest authorization page, then get sent back to the SS page. I then try to go to the System page and I'm still looking at the Authorize button - doesn't seem to be taking. I'll try to give them a call and see how it goes.

I have SS2 and Nest 3rd Gen.  Same problem as stated above, can't connect.  I call simplisafe support and they were rather clueless and told me to call Nest.  Nest was clueless about simplisafe and told me to call simplisafe.

Nest said simplisafe should know best and to call them back.

So tomorrow I will call simplisafe again.  Wasted a lot of time on this waiting.  I just ordered a $600 SS3 system and it arrived today.  I did not open the box.  I want to see if this nest issue can be fixed before I do.  I might just send it back and go with another alarm system I have been looking at.

Got my SS2 connected to Nest 3rd today.  I called simplisafe for help again today and the rep connected my simplisafe using the "Works with Nest" button/thing.  

For some reason I no longer have the "Works with Nest"  button.  When I log into simplisafe it is a whole different web page than before (several weeks ago).  I to had used the "works with nest button" to successfully connect to Nest 3rd gen. once before.  Now that it is gone, I can no longer connect to the Nest thermostat myself and need simplisafe to do it.

On my pc on the Nest webpage the list of items connected showed simplisafe as connected quickly.  ON my cell phone it took a while for the works with nest list of connect devices to update and show simplisafe.
