Hi @hermnanc ,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known issue currently being experienced by some iOS app users, who are unable to log in. We are urgently working to resolve this issue ASAP.

It's important to know that alarms, emergency dispatch, and cameras, are not affected.

In the meantime, you should still be able to log into your account and access all features through the website, here.

How is this still a problem four months later?

Exact same problem on iPhone 13. My partner thought she needed a new login, so created a new account. That obviously wasn't right. So we tried with the master login. But the iPhone kept using her biometrics. We deleted the passkey from KeyChain, deleted and reinstalled the app. But still no luck logging in.

1. Log into you SimpliSafe Account from a computer.

2. Click on Manage Account in the top right corner.

3. Click on Manage Multi-factor Authentication under the Multi-factor Authentication section.

4. Delete Biometric login method.

5. Click Add new login method

6. Set login method to SMS and Enter Phone number.

I'm posting this to most forums because most of us will just google the answer and find one of these chats. Hopefully someone finds this useful :D
